Product Introduction for Polymer Powder Dosing System
The 2000L polymer powder dosing system is an automated water treatment device designed for precise preparation and dosing of chemical powders like polyacrylamide (PAM) and polyaluminum chloride (PAC). Constructed with high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and integrated with a metering pump and touch-screen control, it provides reliable and continuous operation.
This system efficiently mixes, dissolves, and activates polymer solutions, ensuring consistent flocculation and improved treatment efficiency. It is suitable for various processes including municipal wastewater treatment, industrial effluent management, and sludge conditioning. Its automation and precise dosing reduce manual labor while maintaining stable and reproducible chemical performance.

Main features:
-
Automatic powder feeding and mixing provides continuous polymer solution preparation without manual intervention
-
Touch-screen control enables easy monitoring and precise adjustment of polymer dosing rates
-
Optimized dissolution and activation design guarantees consistent polymer activity and effective flocculation
-
Integrated metering pump delivers accurate chemical dosing for stable water treatment results

Working principle:
Dry polymer powders are automatically fed into the mixing tank via the feeding unit. Water is simultaneously introduced, and the agitator mixes the powder to form a homogeneous solution. The solution passes through a dissolution and activation stage to ensure full polymer activation. A metering pump then delivers the solution into the treatment system at controlled rates, with all operations monitored and regulated by a touch-screen control system to maintain consistent concentration and performance.
Application scenarios:
-
Municipal wastewater treatment plants for flocculation and sedimentation processes
-
Industrial effluent treatment in chemical, textile, and paper manufacturing industries
-
Sludge conditioning and dewatering systems to enhance solid-liquid separation
-
Drinking water treatment plants for coagulation and purification applications
-
Aquaculture water quality management and treatment systems
