Product Introduction for Corn Flakes Extruder
The 70–1700kg/h corn flakes extruder is an industrial food processing machine designed for manufacturing breakfast cereals and grain-based snack products. It processes corn and other cereal grains through an advanced extrusion system to produce uniform cereal flakes suitable for breakfast foods.
During production, raw materials are mixed, heated, and shaped through the extrusion process, forming cereal products with stable structure and consistent quality. The machine supports continuous production and efficient grain processing.
This equipment is widely used in breakfast cereal manufacturing plants, grain processing factories, and snack food production facilities requiring reliable cereal extrusion technology.

Main features:
- Advanced extrusion system ensures efficient grain processing and consistent cereal flake formation.
- Integrated feeding, extrusion, heating, cutting, and control systems enable continuous and stable production.
- Automated control technology improves operational efficiency and maintains consistent product quality.
- Heavy-duty screw and barrel components provide durability and reliable performance during long production cycles.
- Designed for processing corn and other cereal grains into breakfast cereal flakes with uniform structure.

Working principle:
Grain raw materials such as corn flour are first mixed with water and then fed into the extrusion system. Inside the extruder, rotating screws apply mechanical shear, heat, and pressure to cook and plasticize the material. The processed material is then pushed through a die to form cereal shapes. After extrusion, the product is cut and processed into cereal flakes, which can then be dried, toasted, or coated depending on the final cereal product requirements.
Application scenarios:
- Corn flakes breakfast cereal production lines
- Grain-based cereal processing plants
- Industrial breakfast cereal manufacturing facilities
- Corn and grain snack food extrusion production lines
- Grain-based extruded food production systems
